Shipping
Most items on this website are hand made pieces; only a few are made at a time. Please be patient, as it can take up to a week to ship some orders out. All orders will ship with a tracking number!
Refunds
Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis. Please understand that the handmade nature of pieces makes their nature unique, so not every piece will look like the website photo. This is also due to computer screen color settings.
If you have a case of damage or a lost item, we will get you a refund or a replacement as soon as possible. In the case of damage, please send an email with a photo of the item, and we will send you return postage to print and affix to the original shipping box.
Metals
When choosing earring wires and findings for things like bracelets and necklaces, we pride ourselves in choosing stainless steel, sterling silver, and karated gold ONLY. Occasionally, beads and the like will be plated with these, but to our knowledge, nothing will contain nickle.
SHOULD YOU HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION, seek medical help immediately, or call 911! After you are settled, please email us a picture of your reaction, and depending on the piece, we can refit it with a different metal or offer you a refund upon return of the item.
We ALWAYS want to know if something we have been assured is nickle-free turns out to be full of the stuff - so we can avoid the seller and the item in future! We are COMMITTED to providing not only beautiful pieces, but pieces with options that are safe for everyone, if possible.
If you are allergic to something a piece is made with, please email us! We would love to hear from you and see if we can make a custom order with materials just right for you!
Other Materials
When we can we love to recycle and upcycle here at Mom of All Trades. Unfortunately, not every project can take advantage of recycled materials, but as we progress we find more and more ways to incorporate recycled and recyclable items.
If you know of a recyclable material and want to suggest it, our email is always open!
